A manually selected county or city does not prove that a street address falls in its jurisdiction. Nearby shelters are not inferred to be the responsible authority. Only the agency can confirm animal custody, appointment availability, reclaim requirements, actual charges and applicable deadlines.

Published fee categories are conditional source facts, not a total bill. A minimum legal holding period is not an owner's reclaim deadline. Contact the holding facility now instead of relying on a calculated date.

Official sources may change or conflict. Unverified and expired facts are withheld. English contact coverage is limited to the listed Virginia jurisdictions; other localities and Spanish coverage are not admitted.
